WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE
Baby Banz, Inc. warrants our products against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

If the products are returned within the warranty period, and BANZ finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the product will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.

Application of Warranty: Baby Banz, Inc dba BANZ is a professional brand, and as such, any BANZ guarantee / warranty coverage is only applicable with valid proof of purchase from an Authorized BANZ distributor. The BANZ warranty WILL NOT apply to products purchased on Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from an Authorized BANZ distributor.
