Help! I need to change my order!

We process orders quickly, but we'll always do our best to help. Email us at sales@banzworld.com with 'URGENT CHANGE ORDER' in the subject line as soon as possible.

⚡ Our warehouse moves fast — we can't guarantee changes before your order ships, but we'll do everything we can. The sooner you reach us, the better.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details on the day your order ships.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship all domestic and international orders via UPS or USPS as our standard carriers. If you are a business and have a preferred carrier, we will work with your provider as needed.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — you'll get a shipment confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can't find the email? No worries. Reach out to us at sales@banzworld.com and we'll get your tracking information over to you right away.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the USA and US territories, Mexico, South America, and Japan. For all other locations, visit BanzWorld.com to find your local distributor.
