How do I return my order?
Enter your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout, then select Start My Return.
Follow the steps to select the items you'd like to return — if you'd prefer an exchange, you'll have that option too.
Once you're done, we'll send a confirmation email with your approved return details and everything you need to send your package back.
Am I able to return my order?
You can return your items within 10 days of receiving them.
Items must be in their original unused condition — unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging included.
Free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable.

When will my return be processed?
Once we receive your return it will be inspected. You'll get an email letting you know whether it's been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Do I have to pay for my return?
There are no additional fees to initiate a return through our portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service so you have peace of mind your package arrives safely.
