- Scratched lenses — considered normal wear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Marketplace purchases without valid proof of purchase from an Authorized BANZ® distributor
- Products outside the 12-month period
🌎 How Global Registration Works
At this stage, BANZ® is collecting only basic global registration information: country, email, first name, and last name. This keeps the process simple while we continue building country-specific registration systems.
Once per quarter, BANZ® will review global registrations and share the relevant country lists with the appropriate BANZ® country office or distributor for future customer support, product updates, and warranty routing.
Important: This form is a basic registration form, not a warranty claim form. If you need to make a warranty claim, please keep your proof of purchase and contact BANZ® or your local authorized BANZ® distributor. Warranty eligibility may vary by country, retailer, proof of purchase, product condition, and local terms.
Purchasing from Amazon or another marketplace?
BANZ® warranty coverage only applies with valid proof of purchase from an Authorized BANZ® distributor or retailer. Products purchased from Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or other third-party marketplaces may not be covered if the seller is not an authorized BANZ® distributor.
